About JUST NODU

JUST NODU ("nodu" means "look" in Kannada) is a free website and Android app for opening the files that normally need expensive software. Drop in a CorelDRAW drawing, a Photoshop or Illustrator file, a PDF, a Word, Excel or PowerPoint document, an AutoCAD DXF or a 3D model, and see it on your phone or computer in seconds.

Why we built it

JUST NODU was made in Bangalore, close to the printing and design trade. Every day, customers would receive design files they could not open on their phones, and designers would spend time converting files just so someone could check a name or a date. JUST NODU started as our own tool for that problem, and grew into an editor for quick changes: moving and recolouring objects, changing text, resizing pages, converting Kannada Unicode text for Nudi fonts, and exporting print-ready PDFs at 300–600 DPI.

What you can do

• Open and preview CDR, AI, PSD, PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, TXT/RTF/ODF, DXF, GLB, OBJ, STL, FBX and BLEND files
• Convert designs and documents to PDF, PNG or JPG, and merge files into one PDF
• Edit designs: text, colours, shapes, pen and knife tools, page size and orientation
• Identify fonts from a photo with Font Finder
• Premium AI (paid per use in the app): turn a flat picture into an editable design

Free to use

No sign-up is needed. The website is supported by advertising, and the optional Premium AI features are paid per use because they use paid AI services. Files are processed only to produce what you ask for and are deleted automatically; see our privacy policy.
