Terms of use
These terms apply to the JUST NODU website (justnodu.com) and the JUST NODU Android app, provided by MemoEra OPC Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, India ("we", "us"). By using JUST NODU you agree to them.
Using JUST NODU
- You may use JUST NODU to open, view, convert and edit files that you own or have permission to use.
- Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or files that infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.
- Do not try to overload, attack, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its usage limits.
Your files
Your files remain yours. We process them only to provide the result you request and delete them automatically afterwards, as described in the privacy policy. Keep your own copies of important files; we do not provide storage or backup.
Accuracy
File formats such as CDR, AI and PSD are proprietary, and conversions, font substitutions and AI results may differ from the original. Always check names, numbers, colours and sizes before printing or publishing. JUST NODU is provided "as is", and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses caused by conversion errors, printing costs or downtime.
Premium AI purchases
- Premium AI features are paid per use: on the website through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking), and in the Android app through Google Play Billing. Prices are shown before you pay.
- One purchase covers one AI job. If the AI job fails, the purchase is kept and used for your next try, so you are not charged twice.
- Refunds follow our cancellation and refund policy; delivery is described in the delivery policy.
Advertising
The website shows ads served by Google AdSense, which helps keep the core features free. See the privacy policy for how ads use cookies.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
