Feedback inside the app
On justnodu.com and in the Android app, the blue Feedback button lets you send a message with a screenshot of the problem. Adding your email address is optional, and lets us tell you when it is fixed.
When a file does not open
Please tell us the file type, roughly how big it is, which software it was made in (for example CorelDRAW 2021), and what you see. Do not send files that contain private or confidential information.
Payments for Premium AI
On the website, Premium AI is paid through Razorpay; in the Android app, through Google Play. For a payment problem, write to us with the Razorpay payment ID (starting with pay_) or the Google Play order number (starting with GPA.). See the refund policy.
