- Open justnodu.com and choose the matching card: .DOCX, .XLSX, .PPTX, or Other documents for TXT, RTF, CSV and OpenDocument files.
- Select your file and check the preview.
- Download it as PDF.
Documents are converted on our server with LibreOffice, a mature open-source office suite, so tables, page breaks and slide layouts are kept as closely as possible.
Merge several files into one PDF
Use Merge to PDF to join documents, scans and images into one file, for example an application form followed by ID copies and certificates. Put the files in the order you want the pages to appear, then merge.
Tips for good PDFs
- Fonts: a document that uses an unusual font can look different on another computer. Converting it to PDF locks the look in place.
- Excel sheets: set the print area and "fit to page width" in Excel before converting, otherwise wide sheets split across many pages.
- Scanned pages: phone photos of documents are best cropped and straightened first. Very large photos make very large PDFs.
- File size limits: government and job portals often accept only small PDFs. Use normal-quality images rather than maximum when size matters.
