Shipping and delivery policy

Last updated: October 2026

JUST NODU sells only digital services. No physical products are shipped.

How a purchase is delivered

• When you buy a Premium AI use (on the website with Razorpay, or in the Android app with Google Play), it is unlocked immediately after the payment is confirmed.
• The AI job starts at once, and the result appears on your screen, usually within one to a few minutes depending on the size of the picture.
• You can then download your design as PDF, PNG or JPG.

If delivery fails

If the AI job cannot finish, the payment stays saved and is used automatically for your next try. If you still cannot get your result, see the refund policy or contact us.

Service provided by MemoEra OPC Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, Karnataka, India, to customers in India and worldwide.
