Cancellation and refund policy
JUST NODU is free to use. Only the optional Premium AI features are paid, per use: ₹49 for an AI edit and ₹99 for the high-quality recreation or clean vector redraw. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals, so there is nothing to cancel after a purchase.
If the AI job does not finish
Each payment is for one AI job. If the job fails (an error, the AI is busy, or your connection drops before the result arrives), the payment is not used up: it stays saved in your browser or app and is used automatically for your next try. You are never charged twice for the same job.
Refunds
- Website (Razorpay): if you paid but could not get a result, or you were charged more than once, write to justnodubangalore@gmail.com within 7 days with the Razorpay payment ID (starting with pay_) from your payment confirmation. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank) and usually reach you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
- Android app (Google Play): purchases are handled by Google Play. Request a refund from your Google Play order history, or write to us with the order number (starting with GPA.) and we will help.
- A completed AI job that was delivered cannot be refunded only because the result was not liked, because the AI service cost has already been incurred. If something went clearly wrong with the result, please contact us and we will look at it.
Failed payments
If money was taken from your account but the payment failed, it is returned automatically by Razorpay or Google Play, usually within 5–7 working days.
